Universal Carpet warrants all laminate labor for a period of two years from the completion of installation. This warranty applies to installation of new laminate purchased from Universal Carpet and installed by Universal Carpet’s own installation experts over pad purchased at Universal Carpet. Laminate must be installed over a hard, flat surface.

Types of services provided from Universal Carpet installers at no charge under the terms of this warranty include repair or replacement of transitional materials (metal, vinyl strips, etc.) which may become loose and repair of separated boards.

This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, improper maintenance, foundation settling or subfloor movement. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation services are not covered by this warranty.
